When arriving from Cellarhead - the property is approached from the A52 signpost towards Ashbourne. Approximately a mile along this road, you reach a crossroads at the crest of a small hill - turn right here towards Dilhorne.
This country lane takes you past Dairyhouse Lane (the first turn on the left) and then past a small campsite on the right. Not far past these, there is a five-bar gate on the left which is the drive to the cottage.
